  • kefir or low-fat sour cream - 250 g;

  • any vegetable oil - half a glass;
  • parsley.

How to cook:

  1. Sift the flour with a sieve and pour it into a pan or bowl.
  2. Garlic (a couple of cloves) is passed through a press and added to the flour along with salt and slaked soda.
  3. Everything is mixed, a hole is made in the center.
  4. Slowly added oil and kefir.
  5. Everything is thoroughly kneaded with a mixer and hands, which gives the desired consistency. The dough should spring.
  6. Balls are made from the resulting mass and laid out on a baking dish, previously lubricated with any vegetable oil.
  7. They are baked in the oven at a temperature of no more than 180 degrees for about half an hour.
  8. Sauce is being prepared. To do this, the remaining garlic is passed through a press, mixed with two tablespoons of oil and chopped parsley.
  9. When the buns are ready for a couple of minutes, they need to be removed from the oven for a while, greased with sauce and returned back so that they are well soaked.

You need to add garlic carefully, if you overdo it, then the taste will not be the same.

Fragrant Cheese Buns

You will need:

  • 400 g of wheat flour;
  • 150 g butter or margarine;
  • 180 g of cheese of medium hardness;
  • 1 egg
  • 20 g of yeast;
  • 1 part tsp salt and sugar;
  • 50 g sour cream or cream;
  • half a glass of milk;
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds;
  • yolk.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Milk should be slightly warmed, mixed with yeast and sugar. Wait for the products to dissolve.
  2. The softened butter is whipped with sugar and egg.
  3. Cheese is grated.
  4. All ingredients are mixed and added to the milk mixture.
  5. Flour is added gradually until you get an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
  6. A ball is formed from the resulting mass, which must be covered with a paper or waffle towel and left unattended for about an hour.
  7. A rectangle is rolled out from the dough, which is sprinkled with caraway seeds and cheese.
  8. The dough is rolled into a roll and cut into small pieces.
  9. Bun blanks are laid out on a baking sheet or baking dish, which is pre-lubricated with oil, and put in the oven.

You will need:

  • milk - 2 glasses;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • butter or margarine - 150 g;
  • wheat flour - 700 g;
  • vegetable oil - half a glass;
  • yeast - 15 g;
  • salt and sugar - 2 tsp each. without top;
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Eggs are ground with sugar and salt until smooth.
  2. Vegetable and butter is added to the resulting mixture, which should first be melted over low heat. Everything is intensively mixed.
  3. Yeast, flour, slightly heated milk are added.
  4. The dough is covered and placed in a warm place, where it costs about an hour.
  5. The baking sheet is covered with baking paper and balls made of dough are laid out on it. In a warm place, they remain for another 20 minutes.
  6. Garlic is crushed using a press, mixed with a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil. The buns are greased with this mixture.
  7. The dough is baked for about half an hour at a temperature of a maximum of 200 degrees. A golden crust should appear.
  8. After baking the buns, lubricate the garlic mixture again and leave to cool.

If the dough is cooked in milk, not water - it is much more tender.

Sauce is not necessary. It can be poured into a gravy boat and watered buns immediately before use, so the garlic aroma and taste will be better felt.

For powder, you can use not only garlic, but also black pepper, sesame and caraway seeds. This will give not only additional notes, but also the original look.

Spiced buns

Essential Ingredients:

  • 600 g sifted flour;
  • 20 g of yeast;
  • one and a half glasses of boiled or mineral water;
  • 3 tbsp. l any vegetable oil;
  • 1 tsp. sugar and salt (no top);
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 100 g margarine;
  • greenery.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Salt and sugar are added to sifted flour.
  2. Yeast is dissolved in warm water and slowly poured into flour.
  3. Homogeneous dough is mixed. Kneading is recommended until smooth and elastic.
  4. The resulting mass is placed in a container, covered with a film or a lid and placed in a warm place for several hours.
  5. After the time has passed, the dough is re-kneaded and divided into 2 parts.
  6. Each part must be rolled out very thinly and greased with a mixture made from vegetable oil and garlic, passed through a press.
  7. The dough is curled into a roll.
  8. It is necessary to prepare a mixture in which the dough will be dipped: pre-melted butter is mixed with finely chopped greens.
  9. The roll is cut into small pieces, which are alternately immersed in the mixture.
  10. It is necessary to lay out the pieces in the cupcake molds, but not to the very top (during baking, the dough will still increase in volume).
  11. Leave the dough for 10-15 minutes to fit.
  12. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.

For the sauce, it is permissible to use both vegetable and butter - the taste from this practically does not change. You can experience both options to know which one you like best.

If suddenly the sauce was too thick - it can be diluted with boiled water.
